• CareSaathi Private Limited operates a technology-based intermediary platform.

• The platform facilitates connections between users and independent peer mentors providing non-clinical emotional support (Bada Bhai / Badi Behen).

• The platform also facilitates connections with independent qualified medical professionals providing second medical opinions.

• CareSaathi does not itself provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or healthcare services and acts solely as a facilitator/intermediary.

• You must be 18 years or older or use the platform with valid parental/guardian consent.

• All information provided by you must be true, accurate, and complete.

• You voluntarily use the platform at your own discretion and risk.

• Emotional support services are strictly peer-based and non-clinical.

• Mentor interactions do not constitute therapy, counselling, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Second opinion services are advisory in nature only.

• Second opinions do not replace physical consultation, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency medical care.

• Using the platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship with CareSaathi.

• Using the platform does not create a therapist-client relationship with mentors.

• No fiduciary obligation is created between the user and CareSaathi.

• Any professional relationship exists solely between the user and the independent professional.

• Any reliance on information, opinions, or interactions obtained through the platform is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

• CareSaathi shall not be responsible for decisions, actions, outcomes, or consequences resulting from use of the platform.

• The platform is not intended for emergency use.

• For medical emergencies, suicidal thoughts, severe psychological distress, or crisis situations, immediately contact emergency services (112), a licensed professional, or your nearest hospital.

• Failure to seek emergency assistance is entirely at your own risk.

• CareSaathi bears no liability for emergency situations or outcomes.

• Services are provided on a paid, per-session basis.

• Pricing may change at the sole discretion of CareSaathi.

• Refund eligibility shall be governed strictly by the company's refund policy.

• Do not misuse, exploit, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.

• Do not harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate mentors or professionals.

• Do not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

• Do not record, reproduce, distribute, or share sessions without consent.

• CareSaathi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice.

• CareSaathi does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of advice received.

• CareSaathi does not supervise or control independent professionals.

• CareSaathi is not responsible for professional judgment, recommendations, or outcomes.

• The platform is provided strictly on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis.

• Personal data is processed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• By using the platform, you provide explicit consent for collection, processing, and storage of data.

• Data may be used for service delivery, platform safety, compliance, and service improvement purposes.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareSaathi, its founders, directors, employees, mentors, medical professionals, and affiliates shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

• This includes emotional distress, medical outcomes, financial loss, loss of opportunity, or any related damages arising from platform use.

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CareSaathi and its stakeholders from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of the platform.

• This includes violations of these Terms and reliance on services obtained through the platform.

• All content, branding, software, trademarks, designs, and intellectual property belong exclusively to CareSaathi Private Limited.

• Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

• CareSaathi reserves the unconditional right to terminate accounts, restrict access, or remove users without prior notice.

• Such action may be taken in cases of misuse, violations, abuse, fraud, or security concerns.

• CareSaathi may modify or update these Terms at any time.

• Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

• All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

• By clicking 'Agree & Continue', you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms.

• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• You waive claims arising from misunderstanding or misinterpretation of these Terms.
